UPS Service/Maintenance Contract Types

3Sixty Mission Critical offers three main types of UPS service contracts. These are based on the number of sites and their locations, types of equipment, and the level of service protection you need. All of our contracts include 24/7/365 emergency call services and come complete with a comprehensive Field Service Report (FSR). If you’re not sure which contract option is right for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us. In some instances, special savings may be possible through multi-site discounts. 3Sixty customers typically enjoy up to a 15% discount over our competitor’s rates. Standard UPS maintenance contracts include full service, preventative maintenance only and time and materials:
Full Service Plan
Our most comprehensive plan, this contract delivers solid savings and complete convenience by covering you with an agreed-upon number of preventative maintenance visits, 24/7/365 emergency service and all parts, labor, and travel.
UPS Preventative Maintenance (PM Only) Only Plan
Preventative maintenance contracts do not include emergency response costs but offer the same benefit of our experienced field engineers and best-in-class service. Your regularly scheduled PM visit is included in the price and any emergency dispatch or parts replacement are covered for this plan at additional Time and Materials rates.
Time and Materials (T&M)
This contract is available for UPS maintenance services not covered under a regular service contract. Labor and mileage is billed with a minimum 4-hour labor and mileage charge. Typical response time is anywhere between 4-hours to 24-hours.
